French Vogue goes Tribal for November 2009

How Fabulous is it that French Vogue has gone to the mother land for fall??

Not only is it High Fashion Couture but it's very ethnic.

My only issue ,and for those that know me know I'm passionate about black models being represented in the industry, Is why didn't they use one of the lovely black models that are burning up at the moment??

The world may never know but seriously how fabulous would it have been to see a Chanel Iman or a Sisile Lopez on the cover??? 

Non the less it's still a fab cover I'll be snatching it soon.

SIDE NOTE: The body pant is the same as Grace Jones's by Keith Hearing??

Jimmy Choo for H&M

Ok so H&M has done it again folks. Just When I thought they had topped the list of high fashion brands to design for the company here comes Jimmy Choo. I was supossed to write about this during the week but I was busy.

This past Saturday 14th the collection was relesed at sellect stores. I'm sure it was a mess. There is always a feeding frenzy going on at one of these events. But this time H&M was ready for all those greedy shoppers who snacth first and ask questions latter. Those people who were waiting in line were given arm braclets and I think only 160 were allowed in the shopping area at a time and they could only buy one of each item........I'm sure some people were highly upset...lol

The collection was very cute from the shots I saw on the site. I wasn't able to see it in person because I don't live in one of those lucky cities who's stores got the actuall collection.

If you missed out like I did don't worry all of the collection is on Ebay selling for way more then it cost in stores.....sigh

 

Lady Gaga: Bad Romance

Ok so yesterday Lady Gaga debut her new video for Bad Romance and I can't sit still!!!!!

Why does she keep tormenting me so...lol...I'm not sure how much of this lady I can really take. The video is beyond amazing. The concept, the haus, the fashion. I almost had a massive heart attack when I saw her in that Alexander McQueen frock head to toe for spring summer 2010. And to top it of she even had the hair to match. 

These are just one pair that she wore at the beginning when she lifted her leg out of the tub she was in.

Here's the McQueen outfit she wore that took my breath away....

And just for kicks here's the SS 2010 McQueen show that still has people talking. Speaking of McQueen what drugs are he on to keep dreaming up these otherworldly creations??

 

 

I downloaded Wales new CD here's my review.

I think he did a nice job for his first run. My favorite songs are 9021, Contemplate, Shades, Diary, World Tour, Pretty Girls, and of course Chillin with Lady Gaga. I heard Pretty Girls before on his mix tape and to be honest it sounded better with out Gucci Mane...Sorry it's true. The rest of the songs don't interest me..lol...I love him to death though and for some odd reason I have a light crush on him I'm not sure what it is. It might be his way with words or that dark skin tone or both.
