Ok so is it just me or does anyone else want to know what acid trip Nicolas is on??

I love these shoes and if I could afford them I'd probably wear them all. 

Everything looks like "Street Chic" 3010!!!

These have got to be some of the most interesting mixed up shoes I've seen in a while.

The colors mixed with the textures of different materials are just amazing.

It's almost like a collage for your feet!!!

Balenciaga Bans French Vogue editor Carine Roiotfeld

French Vogue editor in chief Carine Roitfeld and her team. They were barred from the show. “We’re blacklisted,” Roitfeld said with a shrug at Nina Ricci later in the day. “It’s too bad, it’s a beautiful house and it’s French. I hope that it’s not forever.” She noted Balenciaga no longer advertises in the magazine or lends it clothes, but stopped short of giving any reason for the rift. “Ask them,” she offered. A Balenciaga spokesman declined comment.

"Word on the street, or in the Tuileries, is that French Vogue was blacklisted from Balenciaga via Max Mara. The magazine’s editor-in-chief, Carine Roitfeld, consults, or did consult, for the Italian brand. She allegedly asked Balenciaga for samples for an editorial shoot, and one of the coats ended up at Max Mara’s design studio where it was copied and then sent back to Paris.
Balenciaga’s notoriously strict with their samples — almost everyone has to promise they’ll shoot the head to toe runway look and samples are usually lent out for a day at a time — and when the French label heard about Max Mara, they lost it.
If fashion were a monarchy, Carine would be our queen, so we hate to think she deliberately sent Max Mara the coat, but our sources say it was no mistake"

John Forsythe dead @ 92

I'm a lil late posting this but here goes.

I actually learned about his death from my mother the other day when she was taking me home.

He passed on April 1st 2010 from year long battle with cancer.

I'd like to say this is shocking but seeing as he was 92 years old I guess you could say that it was kind of expected.

I loved watching him play Blake Carrington on one of my fav shows Dynasty!!!

He was power hungry, smart, a hot head and he didn't take no for an answer on the show. He was also the voice of "Charlie" on Charlies Angels.

Lanvin f/w 2010

It's no secret that Lanvin is one of my favorite labels.

So imagine my excitement when I saw the f/w 2010 collection. I almost couldn't contain myself when I saw that Alber Albez had up his sleeve. 

There where dresses and pants made of stretch fabrics in colors of black, copper, sliver, tan, gray and mauve. The folds and draping is something that comes along with Lanvins clothing.

As usual the shoes, jewelery, and bags were very art deco and ornate like something from the past.

Dresses were trimmed in feathers and beads, Jackets done in metallics with high shimmer.

Voluminous blouses with puffy shoulders some with folds some with pleats some with both.

Leather gloves and fur coats even some covered in feathers.

MARKO MITANOVSKI

Ok so I was looking around and I came across this new designer named Marko Mitanovski.

At first glance I thought of a hybrid of Gareth Pugh & Viktor & Rolf. 

Which from where I'm looking isn't a bad thing whatsoever.

Lady Gaga has already worn his fashions for her Monster Ball tour.

I can't help but love all the black and those fab antler headpieces.
